Dean Sharp began building homes as a young carpenter in Beverly Hills, California where his aptitudes for every aspect of home creation quickly earned him a reputation as a uniquely gifted Estate Designer and Master Builder in exclusive Los Angeles neighborhoods from Bel Air to the Hollywood Hills to Malibu—places and projects where fine craftsmanship and creative expression are sought after and celebrated.

In addition to creating luxury estates Dean has a rare talent for taming troubled houses. Or as he likes to say, “Transforming ordinary houses in to extraordinary homes.” Dean believes good architecture is not the sole possession of the big house on the hill. “Everyone deserves great design.”

Dean’s ability to patiently translate his encyclopedic knowledge of all things home into everyday language is what found him a place behind the microphone as KFI’s resident home improvement guru and the home improvement brand ambassador across the greater iHeart network. Life

When he’s not behind the mic Dean continues to consult, design, and build custom houses both near and far, but spends most of his time happily at play in his native Southern California with his soul-mate, Tina, in a little house and a simple life overflowing with family, friends, good food, good dogs, chickens, bees, laughter, learning, and a whole lotta love.

Dean can be heard on KFI every Saturday morning from 6am to 8 am and Sunday mornings from 9am – 12pm.
