The Gary & Shannon Show Hour 1 (06.02) – On California Primary Day, Gary & Shannon discuss voting in person, the state’s crowded governor’s race, and why California still takes so long to count ballots. They also react to Eddie Murphy’s Netflix tribute, debate the impact of name recognition in down-ballot races, and check in on Amy King’s increasingly chaotic finch family, where a missing hatchling raises some uncomfortable questions.
Plus: the crew discovers what may be the most dysfunctional zoo in America, complete with missing exotic animals, runaway crocodiles, and enough problems to inspire its own Christmas song.
