Sherman Oaks home raided and looted; owner went missing.  Investigators trying to find him uncovered an elaborate fraud. Homeless funding stolen by Fired CFO Cody Holmes. He’s accused of using public funds on swanky homes, private jet travel, a Bentley, a diamond necklace and Birken. Reparations bill for Chavez Ravine would call on the city of Los Angeles to form a nine-member task force to provide compensation to the displaced or their descendants.
