L.A. County D.A. George Gascón’s chief of staff, Joseph Iniguez, has settled lawsuit with the Azusa Police Department after his arrest in 2021. A juvenile in Orange County deliberately hit and killed a 70-year-old man who was riding his bike in Huntington Beach. Gavin Newsom says the state of California will intervene in an ongoing federal court case that’s barred San Francisco from cleaning up homeless encampments.
