California Governor Gavin Newsom signs an executive order to study the development, use and risk of Artificial Intelligence. A new bill approved by the California Assembly would decriminalize psychedelic drugs. A kitchen worker at a prison just outside Las Vegas is accused of having a sexual relationship with a convicted murderer and smuggling in phones and drugs.
