Today, on #TerrorInTheSkies Gary and Shannon talk about an airline passenger that decided to bring their kit of six prohibited items among a traveler's carry-on items at LaGuardia Airport in New York City. The items included three saw blades, one pair of nunchucks, a switchblade and a folding knife. The tools are not illegal at airports but are banned in carry-on bags. They are authorized, nonetheless in travelers' checked luggage. They also cover former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie's niece, Shannon Epstein as she was kicked off a plane after allegedly accusing a Latino family of 'smuggling cocaine'. Soon after she became combative on board of the Spirit Airline and allegedly injured six sheriff's deputies. Lastly, a male passenger tells a mother on the same flight that she shouldn’t be in the plane’s first-class section with her child. The mother was traveling with her family over the Thanksgiving holiday when she had her boarding ticket checked twice. Soon after the family sat down and again, before take-off by a flight attendant to ensure that the family we’re in the correct seats.
