Our good pal Alex Stone, reporter for ABC News and frequent contributor on KFI, got to experience first hand the kinds of life and death situations police officers deal with every day.
He went out with the LA County Sheriff's Department and their training bureau to see things from their perspective. We've had lots of calls for defunding the police and police reform lately, but we don't often see the kinds of dangerous or uneasy scenarios men and women in law enforcement are put up against.
Alex got to feel the stress and pressure while training in the department's tactical class. Even routine encounters can change in an instant. It was fascinating to hear what Alex went through, check out our segment with him below!
