What's next for the Supreme Court?

The death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has thrown another wrench into an already incredibly chaotic year. We've got a Presidential election coming up this November, remember?

President Trump has said he'll probably nominate a replacement this Friday or Saturday, which means he'll get another shot to put another conservative Justice on the court.

This has caused alarm for many on the left who fear landmark cases like Roe V. Wade will be overturned. If something like that happens, it probably won't be as dramatic and blunt as people are fearing it will be. But so much is up in the air right now, so who knows what'll really happen.

We talked to Loyola Law School Professor Jessica Levinson for some analysis and perspective, and also discussed the life and legacy of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. You can follow Jessica on Twitter @LevinsonJessica.
