The search continues today for the person who shot two LASD deputies while they sat in their patrol SUV in Compton.
The good news is that both deputies are expected to recover, the bad news is the suspect is still out there. The victims, a 24-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman with a six-year-old son, were only sworn in 14 months ago.
The LASD is offering a $100,000 reward in hopes they find the shooter.
LA Mayor Eric Garcetti appeared on CNN with Jake Tapper and was asked about the shooting, and could his response have been any more weak stream?
