Talk about professionalism! Ukrainian news anchor Marichka Padalko was in the middle of a news story when one of her teeth fell right out of her mouth. Padalko appeared unphased as she gently spit the tooth into her hand while speaking.
10 years ago her daughter knocked the tooth out accidentally while they were playing and the new false tooth decided to give her trouble live on television. The station she works for, TSN, decided not to post the clip on YouTube hoping the embarrassing moment would be forgotten, but in the age of social media that kind of thing doesn't happen anymore.
Social media users were quick to applaud her calm under pressure, and Padalko wrote, "Live broadcasting is wonderful because it is always unpredictable." Not everyone can be that cool when a tooth falls out, especially when you're doing your job on live TV!
