This week's Technique of the Week is Hollandaise Sauce!
Because sometimes... mixing things that don't traditionally get mixed together can be a really delicious thing.
Here's what you'll need:
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of dijon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
