Cast Iron Etiquette

Everyone should have a Cast Iron in their household. Cast Iron stays hot, allowing your food to stay warmer longer. They can also be used for frying, baking and every time you cook you are making it better by seasoning it. With proper care Cast Iron can last generations.

Today we delve deep into Cast Iron, how to season, restore, and clean them. We are joined by the wonder Sheron Bellio, Producer for The Tim Conway Jr Show, to tell us her experience with Cast Iron.

Huge thank you to Emmet from Orange for sending a picture of their Rib Eye. It was cooked in a Cast Iron pan in a pizza oven, using wood from Woodshed. You can always send us pictures of what you're cooking at ForkReport@iHeartMedia.com
