Today is the first official day of Summer! And tomorrow is Father's Day!
Which makes it the perfect weekend to head outside and do some grilling.
But even though it's Father's Day, we all know that safety never takes a holiday... So before you get started on the grill, there's a few things you should do.
First of all, make sure you check your grill for any propane tank gas leaks. Neil shows you exactly how he does it in the video below:
And if it's been awhile, it's probably a good idea to clean your grill grate... Plus, a clean grill allows for better non-stick grilling!
When it comes to cleaning your grill, Neil says microfiber cloths and a good degreaser can go a long way. Cleaning your grill while it's still hot can be helpful as well, as it's easier to remove any burned bits of food that might have gotten stuck to the grate.
