Help With Australian Fire Relief at Echo Park's Bar Avalon

Echo Park’s Bar Avalon is hosting a 5-Course Fundraising Dinner by Chef Tara Pivaroff, with pairings by Jared Hooper, Wine Director Faith & Flower on Sunday, March 1, 2020!

All proceeds will benefit the Australian Zoo and the County Fire Authority.

During the evening, there will also be a live/silent auction featuring wine and dinner donations from local wineries and restaurants.

2nd Course

Roasted Persimmon & Chicories, Honey Lemon Vinaigrette, Toasted Sunflower Seeds

3rd Course

Ricotta Nettle Tortellini, Whey, Candied Lemon Zest, Gremolata

4th Course

Filet Mignon, Potato Pave, Roasted Carrots, Jus

5th Course

Pavolva, Balsamic Strawberry Granita, Chantilly
