Root Cause
- 2 oz Beet Infused Blanco Tequila
- 3/4 oz Ginger Syrup
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake all ingredients and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
*Beet Tequila: In a large mouthed glass jar, add one large peeled beet, cubed and 1 bottle Blanco Tequila. Allow to marinate for 2 days, strain to remove beet pieces.
*Ginger syrup: Juice ginger in a vegetable juicer, strain. For every 1 oz of ginger juice, add .75 oz sugar and stir to combine. I like to do this in a mason jar so I can shake instead of stir!
