As reported by the New York Daily News, Raymond Rodio III, a man from Long Island, has plead guilty to multiple charges, including sex trafficking and drug dealing.
Rodio was investigated by the police after a seemingly normal traffic stop displayed evidence of his involvement with abuse to a disheveled girl in the car with him.
After his arrest, Rodio eventually admitted to flipping his parent's basement into a terrifying sex room, that had no windows or even a restroom, which harbored more than 20 woman against their will over a span of five years.
Rodio lured the woman to him through social media, drugged them until they showed signs of addiction, and then forced them to have sex with his clients as "work" in the basement or at motels.
The human trafficker will most likely face approximately 9 and a half years in prison.
