In what's expected to be his final act before leaving office on Sunday, Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has declared three days of mourning in honor of late soccer legend Pele.
Bolsonaro made the announcement on Friday, just one day after it was revealed that 82-year-old Pele had died "due to multiple organ failures resulting from the progression of colon cancer associated with his previous medical condition."
The mourning period will lead up to Pele's wake, which will be held in Urbano Caldeira Stadium. That stadium is where the soccer star "enchanted the world," according to the Santos Football Club.
His funeral will be staged the following day, the club has revealed.
