A court date has been set for the looming legal battle between Elon Musk and Twitter...
The five-day trial will begin October 17th, a Delaware judge ruled on Thursday. It's a win for Twitter, who wanted to fast-track the trial while Musk's legal team tried to push it to 2023.
Twitter sued Musk earlier this month after he decided to cancel his deal to purchase the social media platform for $44 billion.
