Collision On 210 Freeway In Lake View Terrace Shuts Down Two Lanes

LAKE VIEW TERRACE (CNS) - A crash between a big rig and another vehicle on the Foothill (210) Freeway today closed down two freeway lanes, took out a guardrail and released an estimated five-gallon oil spill onto the freeway.  

The crash happened on the westbound 210 at Wheatland Avenue around 3:10 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.  

The collision spread debris over the number 3 and 4 lanes and took out the guardrail at Wheatland, the CHP said.  

There was no word on any injuries.  

The CHP issued a SigAlert at 3:32 p.m. The SigAlert was canceled at 7:30 p.m. and all lanes were reopened.
