A little over a week ago, 49ers fan Daniel Luna was assaulted at SoFi Stadium leading him to be placed in critical condition and on a medically induced coma. A few days back, 33-year-old Bryan Alexis Cifuentes-Rossell was arrested in connection with the incident.

The Luna Family is desperately looking for witnesses to come forward in the case.

The fight took place on January 30th at SoFi Stadium and according to Inglewood Mayor James Butts, the fight broke out after Luna pushed “someone” from behind then the person turned around and punched Luna.

"Mr. Luna pushes someone from behind," … "That person, when Mr. Luna turns away, pushes him, takes another step toward him and punches him, looks like in the mouth area, on the back of his head."

Inglewood Mayor James Butts said

Luna remains in critical condition and is recovering from surgery to relieve pressure on his brain.

The attorney for Rossell told NBC4 LA that this was self-defense.
