- The incident that turned fans off occurred during Sunday's loss against the Buccaneers when a camera caught Belichick aggressively picking his teeth -- with the tip of a pencil.
- Among the comments that have surfaced online are, "What a nasty guy," "Disgusting!" and "He's gonna get lead poisoning!" Another simply reads, "Football coach." Belichick has not yet responded to the backlash.
