Man Dies of Possible Stab Wounds in Fullerton; Investigation Underway

FULLERTON (CNS) - A man died today of possible stab wounds in Fullerton, and a homicide investigation was underway, police said.

Officers were sent to the 200 block of South Basque Avenue about 1:10 a.m. “to check on the welfare of a subject seen on the ground of a parking lot,'' Fullerton police said in a statement.

“Upon arrival, officers located an adult male who was unresponsive and bleeding from possible stab wounds,'' police said.

Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene. Information on his identity was not immediately available. No arrests have been reported, and no suspect information was available.
