Authorities ID Motorist Killed in Crash in Baldwin Park Area

BALDWIN PARK (CNS) - Authorities today identified a motorist who was killed in a traffic crash in the Baldwin Park area.

The crash occurred about 1:55 p.m. Wednesday near North Vincent Avenue and East Queenside Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Miguel Guerrero, 66, of Azusa died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.

According to the CHP, the vehicle struck a Southern California Edison utility pole, crashed through a wall and came to a stop in the backyard of a residence. The cause of the crash was under investigation.
