SANTA ANA (CNS) - A convicted flasher pleaded guilty today and was immediately sentenced to 16 months in prison for exposing himself to a girl at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley.

Elihu Jonathan Rodriguez, 32, of Santa Ana, pleaded guilty to a felony count of indecent exposure with a prior conviction. A misdemeanor count of child annoyance was dismissed, according to court records.

Rodriguez, who has been in custody since Aug. 13, exposed himself to the victim, whose name and age were not released, about 5:25 p.m. that day on the southwest corner of the park at Euclid Street and Edinger Avenue, said Fountain Valley Police Department Sgt. Donald Farmer.

Rodriguez was convicted in March 2017 of five counts of indecent exposure and peeking into an inhabited building, all misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 198 days in jail and placed on three years probation, which he violated that July, earning him 1,260 days in jail,  according to court records.
