Firefighters Extinguish Stubborn Commercial Building Fire In Lancaster

LANCASTER (CNS) - L.A. County firefighters extinguished a stubborn fire inside a vacant commercial building in Lancaster.

The blaze inside the building in the 700 block of West Avenue I was reported at 9:51 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The department sent 23 firefighters, four engines and one truck to the scene, county fire reported.

The blaze was extinguished by 2:16 p.m. Wednesday, according to the department.

No injuries were reported, and the cause remained under investigation.
