SANTA ANA (CNS) - Four men were shot today in an illegal gambling den in Santa Ana, and police were trying to determine what prompted the gunfire.
Officers were sent about 1:50 a.m. to 1614 S. Standard Ave., Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna said, who said all four men were expected to survive.
Officers arrived to find two men with gunshot wounds and arranged for their transport to a local hospital. The other two had already left the scene and gone to other hospitals to be treated, Bertagna said, adding, “we know they were part of this incident.''
