Little Change to Average Southland Gas Prices

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County dropped one-tenth of a cent today to $3.152 one day after decreasing three-tenths of a cent.  

The average price is unchanged from one week ago but nine-tenths of a cent less than one month ago and 63.7 cents lower than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It has decreased 46.3 cents since the start of the year.  

The Orange County average price dropped two-tenths of a cent for the second consecutive day to $3.128. It is three-tenths of a cent less than one week ago and 58.4 cents lower than one year ago but nine-tenths of a cent more than one month ago. The Orange County average price has decreased 41.7 cents since the start of the year.
