Nike announced their plans to celebrate and honor Kobe Bryant with "Mamba Week" on Sunday, August 23. Which would be Kobe's 42nd birthday.
Monday 8/24, the two numbers Kobe wore during his career, will be the first "Mamba Day" since his untimely passing.
Nike has declared the weeklong celebration week and will release exclusive Kobe sneakers and jerseys.
In addition, at 2:24 PM on Sunday 8/23, a announcement will happen according the re-launched nonprofit organization started by Bryant, The Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation which furthers his legacy, as well as his daughter Gianna Bryant's, through charitable activities.
