One hospital in New Jersey is going the extra mile to make sure patients who recovered from COVID-19 feel empowered.

A Bon Jovi tune is helping recovered patients and those who've cared for them celebrate kicking COVID-19's a--!

New Jersey 101.5 WKXW reports University Hospital in Newark blasts "Who Says You Can't Go Home" over the PA system every time a coronavirus patient gets released.

“Every single patient we discharge successfully is a victory in this war, and this song allows our whole team — nurses, doctors, EMS and paramedics, and so many others — to celebrate every time we save a life,” CEO Shereef M. Elnahal said. "Our work at University Hospital speaks to this song more and more every day: who says you can’t go home?”

Here are some of the lyrics:

"Been all around the world and as a matter of fact. There's only one place left I wanna go. Who says you can't go home? It doesn't matter where you are. It doesn't matter where you go. If it's a million miles away or just a mile up the road. Take it in. Take it with you when you go. Who says you can't go home? 400 times later, the staff surely knows all the words!"

Sounds like the perfect choice to us!
