Step aside Clark Kent, Bruce Wayne, and Diana Prince; today's superheroes don scrubs and PPE.

This summer, Hershey's is branding special editions of its chocolate bars with your favorite DC characters. Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman will appear on the packaging, with their logos stamped right on the candy.

Boxes of the bars have already been sent to various frontline workers at hospitals, police stations, and fire houses in the hardest hit areas like New York, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia. They were sent as a small thank you for the real hero work they are doing, Hershey’s told Delish.

In addition, the company has sent millions in donations to healthcare organizations and recently committed $1 million towards creating facemasks.

These actions follow in the footsteps of the company's founder Milton Hershey, who created jobs during the Great Depression and made ration bars for the U.S. Army during World War ll, according to thecompany’s website.
