Major Airlines to Begin Requiring Passengers to Wear Face Masks on Flights

As coronavirus continues to impact our lives, three major airlines are requiring that passengers must wear face masks while on their flights.

Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and JetBlue will begin the mandate today... American Airlines and Southwest Airlines will make wearing masks mandatory on May 11.

Safety concerns are growing as more people are saying that more and more flights are appearing to become crowded and ignoring social distancing rules.

Many major airlines are disinfecting passenger cabins and have stopped booking all or most middle seats and with the mask requirement, they hope that will convince travelers that it's safe to fly.
