White House is Investigating Whether China or WHO Hid Info About COVID-19

Too much damage has gone by. The Trump administration is determined to get to the bottom of who lied about severity about the coronavirus pandemic.

According to NBC News, White House officials have ordered intelligence agencies to investigate human source reporting, satellite imagery, communications intercepts, and any other data out there to figure out whether the World Health Organization or China hid what they really knew about COVID-19.

The tasking was sent to the National Security Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the National Center for Medical Intelligence last week. Current and former officials have also confirmed that the CIA recieved similar instructions.

Reporters asked President Donald Trump about the inquiry Wednesday.

"It's coming in and I'm getting pieces already," he said. "And we're not happy about it, and we are by far the largest contributor to WHO, World Health. And they misled us...Right now, they're literally a pipe organ for China. That's the way I view it. So we're seeing and we're looking and we're watching."

WHO officials are claiming that they gave the world enough time to respond to the early warnings about the coronavirus.
