The Las Vegas Metropolitan police have arrested a man in connection to a body that was found in a sleeping bag in the northeast valley desert area.
19-year-old Michael Miller was arrested by detectives and taken into custody without incident on Stacey Avenue.
The jail records indicate that Miller is facing an open murder charge.
Miller is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 27 at 8:30 a.m., according to court records.
