SANTA CLARITA (CNS) - A West Hollywood man pleaded not guilty today to charges that he sexually assaulted his dog and posted obscene matter online.
Sexy Vegan -- also known as Hansel DeBartolo III -- is charged with one misdemeanor count each of sexual assault on an animal and posting obscene matter, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
The 37-year-old man posted a video on a social media account Sept. 5 that allegedly depicted inappropriate behavior with the pit bull, according to prosecutors.
He could face up to a year in county jail if convicted as charged, according to the District Attorney's Office.
