SAN PEDRO (CNS) - A person apparently trying to burglarize a home in San Pedro today was fatally shot by a resident, police said.
The person died at the scene of the shooting that was reported about 7:15 a.m. in the 2800 block of Carolina Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Information was not immediately available on the identity or gender of the fatally wounded person.
