Nick started at CNN in Atlanta as a teleprompter operator, and worked his way up. Nick and I talk about how he handled his father's death two weeks before high school graduation, why he was scared of his mom growing up, discrimination he's faced, challenges he's overcome, and life as a new dad who travels 150 days a year.
