Little Change to Southland Gas Prices

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County ticked up one-tenth of a cent today to $3.68, the 11th consecutive increase after it dropped 26 times in 27 days to its lowest amount since March 25.

The average price is 4.9 cents more than one week ago, 1.1 cents higher than one month ago and 1.4 cents more than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The Orange County average price dropped six-tenths of a cent to $3.65, after increasing the previous eight days. It is 4.1 cents more than one week ago, 1 cent higher than one month ago and 4 cents greater than one year ago.
