New York Woman Reels in Fish with Two Mouths

A woman in New York has reeled in a freakish catch of a lifetime after pulling in a fish with TWO mouths.

Debbie Geddes says she caught the odd looking fish while boating on Lake Champlain with her husband.

"When this particular fish bit, it felt like I had a nice fish on. I actually commented, ‘I hope it's as big as it feels!’ When we got it in the boat I couldn't believe what I was seeing! Two mouths!"

She later posted the photos of the catch on Facebook and people are offering their theories on the strange fish's origin.

While some think the double-mouthed fish is from outer space, others think its face was ripped open by a hook, and somehow healed in a way that the makes the hole open and closes with the fish's real mouth.

Unfortunately, we'll never know for sure because after snapping some fish pics, Geddess tossed it back into Lake Champlain.
