A Texas man was clearly having a a major food emergency so he took matters into his own hands and decided to steal an ambulance to grab some grub.
Now I'm sure you're wondering, how did this guy just randomly come across an ambulance to steal?
Police say the vehicle was left running outside Cypress Creek psychiatric hospital where the man, later identified as Carlton Andrews, was a patient.
During his food run, he stopped off at a KFC and later at a convenience store to pick up some more snacks and cigarettes.
After catching up to him at a nearby gas station, the cops learned the 56-year-old took the emergency vehicle because he just "needed a ride".
