Video caught a shirtless man on a rock throwing rampage in Mid-City and bystanders didn't take too kindly to his behavior...
The whole incident happened earlier this week when the man, later identified as Emmanuel Moncada, was seen throwing rocks at a Metro bus and breaking windows of cars passing by.
At one point, he boarded the bus and the passengers and driver ran away, with one passenger being injured.
Passersby were able to detain Moncada until police arrived and he was later booked for assault with a deadly weapon and attempted carjacking.
