Recapping Last Night's Three-Hour Long Police Chase Through L.A.


If you were listening to the show last night, you definitely heard a little something about the crazy, THREE hour long police chase through Los Angeles...

It ended at a busy 99 Cents Only Store in Rowland Heights late Wednesday night, as police arrested who they later found out to be a former felon and domestic violence suspect. According to South Gate Police Department, the 29-year-old man is an ex-felon that was granted early release under AB 109.

Police were responding to a report of a man beating a woman when they tried to pull him over at a traffic stop. That's when he decided to lead them on an hours long pursuit through South L.A. and Orange County instead, with the woman still in the car.

Once he stopped and fled into the store in Rowland Heights, California Highway Patrol officers immediately took the woman to the hospital. The man was arrested and booked on suspicion of felony evading, as well as domestic violence.
