Ben Padgett, 32, was charged Sunday with disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer after he drunkenly sat shirtless outside an Olive Garden, shoving handfuls of pasta into his mouth.
According to a police report, Padgett's behavior became too aggressive when he threatened to beat up an employee and asked whether "he had male or female sex organs."
While sitting outside, he allegedly began "muttering obscenities" and begging for change in between shoving handfuls of pasta down his throat.
Cops gave Padgett paper towels to clean up and then arrested him. He reportedly had one last outburst in the back of the patrol car, where he banged his head against the metal cage and injured himself.
Padgett was treated for a bloody forehead at a nearby hospital, then released on $2,000 bond.
