Well, USA Today reports that a woman called the police on a 17-year-old Robert Stewart.
What was Stewart's crime?
He was celebrating because the Cleveland Browns just got Odell Beckham Jr. He was so excited that he was running around the neighborhood wildly flailing his arms.
When police arrived on the scene, they asked the boy what was going on. Stewart then explained how excited he was that the Browns had gotten OBJ. Clearly, he wasn't the only one excited about the move:
The cops didn't arrest Stewart and explained to the woman that he was just excited. She didn't seem to follow Cleveland football, but she did understand that he was just excited and wasn't a threat to anyone.
Everyone is eagerly waiting to see what would happen if the Browns won the Super Bowl.
