'How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World' Leads Box Office

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - The animated “How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World” led the domestic box office for the second consecutive weekend, taking in an estimated $30 million Friday through Sunday at theaters in the United States and Canada, according to industry figures out today.

“Tyler Perry's A Madea Family Funeral” was second in its opening weekend, taking in $27 million, according to Comscore.

“Alita: Battle Angel,” was third with an estimated $7 million,

“Lego Movie 2: The Second Part” was in fourth place with $6.6 million.

“Green Book,” which won the Academy Award for best picture Sunday, was fifth with $4.7 million.

Rounding out the top 10 releases were “Fighting With My Family” ($4.6 million), “Isn't It Romantic?” ($4.6 million), “Greta” ($4.5 million), “What Men Want” ($2.7 million) and “Happy Death Day 2U” ($2.5 million).
