Want to Live Rent-Free in the "House of Tomorrow"? Well...There's a Catch

Ever wanted to live in a unique, historic home totally rent free?

Does that sound too good to be true?

You're right!

Because attached to the keys to the "House of Tomorrow" is a deal to restore it to the tune to almost $2.5 million.

The home, located on Lake Michigan in Indiana was one of five “Century of Progress” homes moved there after Chicago’s 1933-34 World’s Fair.

The house is about 5,000 square feet and had a dishwasher, open floor plan and an attached garage...all features that were unheard of 86 years ago.
