Politician Accused of Licking a Coworker's Face Resigns

Oh Florida...you don't disappoint!

A Madeira Beach city commissioner has resigned over allegations that she licked another city employee.

Yes....LICKED.

City Commissioner Nancy Oakley's resignation comes two years after City Manager Shane Crawford accused her of not only running her tongue "up the side of his neck and face", she also allegedly grabbed his crotch and butt.

The ethics commission report also claims Oakley threw a punch at an assistant who suggested her actions weren't appropriate.

Last month, the commission fined Oakley $5,000 for the incident, leading to her resignation this week.

She maintains she's innocent and plans to appeal the ethics commission's ruling.
