New Law Makes California Doctors on Probation Tell Patients

We hear a lot of bat-crap crazy stories about laws that are passed that make us ask a lot of questions.

One of which that pops up more often than not is "That has to be a thing!? Really!?"

The latest in that saga was signed into law by Governor Jerry Brown yesterday.

This new law in California will have to force doctors to tell patients if they are on probation for sexual misconduct or other wrongdoing.

Technically, this information is already available to patients if they know where to look, but as of July 1st next year, doctors will also have to reveal it.
