The largest NFL venue in the world is officially halfway complete!
The L.A. Stadium in Inglewood is a 300-acre project that will soon be home to the Rams, Chargers, as well as 25 acres of parks, condos, and hotels.
Officials say the "crown jewel" of the project will be the stadium's canopy roof. With this type of roofing, football fans will be able to enjoy the game inside, while still having that outdoorsy feel we all love.
Right now, the world's third largest crane is setting the canopy into place with the help of 3,000 construction workers.
“This job has a great deal of people from the neighborhood working on this job site, we’re very proud of that, and they’ve just done a tremendous job on helping make the whole entire city — this whole thing — come together,” Michael Marchesano, vice president of field operations told CBS Los Angeles.

Officials say everything is on track to have the stadium completed by summer of 2020!
