Attorney for Kavanaugh Accuser Says She is Willing to Testify

The attorney for a woman accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of a sexual assault back in high school has made it known that Stanford professor Christine Ford would be willing to testify publicly about her experiences with Kavanaugh in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Talking to NBC's Today, Katz said:

“She clearly considers this an attempted rape. She believes that if it were not for the severe intoxication of Brett Kavanaugh, she would’ve been raped.”

Kavanaugh denies that the alleged incident will take place.

Some GOP Senators believe that the planned "up or down" vote by the committee scheduled for Thursday should be delayed while the allegations against Kavanaugh are investigated.
