New York Police were called to a group home in Long Island on Monday after reports of a man attacking another 59-year-old man.

As officers were confronting the suspect, they say 58-year-old Anthony Robinson raised a metal dumbbell over his head and started hitting a officer in the head with it multiple times.

Life Hack! If you don't want to get arrested, try to avoid hitting a police officer in the head with a dumbbell.

Oh, and another life hack for you...

If you're looking for a new workout to try with dumbbells, try one that doesn't include attacking other people. It's just inconsiderate. (And it doesn't build as much muscle as you might think.)

That's when a few other officers intervened, and they were able to finally stop Robinson.

Three cops and the resident of the home who originally reported the assault were all sent to the hospital, where they are being treated for their injuries.

Robinson is being charged with assault, resisting arrest, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing, and incorrect dumbbell form.
